David Dale is Industry Evangelist and Director of Industry Standards at Network Appliance where he is a technology spokesperson, represents NetApp in the storage industry, and drives NetApp's involvement in Industry Standards Associations.
With over 20 years experience in the computer industry he participates in the industry as Vice-Chair of the SNIA Board of Directors, Chair of the SNIA IP Storage Forum; board member of the SNIA Data Management Forum; a regular contributor to industry journals, a frequent participant in IT seminars, and a frequent speaker and panelist at industry events around the globe.
David was educated in England, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in applied physics from the University of London.
