 Where can I find the Exhibitor Service Manual?
You can find the Exhibitor Service Manual on the website under the tab "I am Exhibiting/Sponsoring". Once there, select the link to the left that says "Exhibitor Service Manual".

 What deadlines do I have to be aware of?
You can find the Exhibitor deadlines checklist on the website under the tab "I am Exhibiting/Sponsoring". Or you can view the deadlines checklist here. (pdf format).

 What is the Exhibit Hall Guest Pass?
The Exhibit Hall Guest Pass is a complimentary 4"x6" postcard, pdf, and personalized email invitation that you can distribute to your best customers and prospects and let them know you are exhibiting at the event. You will receive 200 pieces and unlimited use of the pdf and email template.

 What are the benefits for my customers/prospects with the Exhibit Hall Guest Pass?

 Where can I find the Exhibitor Button Ad?
To find the 120x90 pixel sized ad that can be placed on your website to show that you are part of NGDC, click here or go to the Exhibit/Sponsor tab, then select "I am Exhibiting/Sponsoring" and select "Free Marketing Tools" from the side menu.

 What is the Show Guide?
The Show Guide is an onsite guide distributed to all attendees, media, and speakers onsite at the event. It contains information needed to navigate the event including a map of the show floor, conference session descriptions and schedules, and descriptions of each exhibitor.

 How do I get my company's information into the Show Guide?
Log in to the data collection site to add/edit your company's information, including address, product categories, and description.

 How do I receive my login info for the Show Guide?
We will send you an email with your login and password information as well as the site to use to update your exhibitor listing.

 What is the deadline for my company to include a listing in the Show Guide?
Your company must login and complete the listing by Friday, June 13, 2008.

 After I've already submitted my listing in the Show Guide, who do I contact if I want to change my name, booth number, share a listing, etc.?

 Who do I contact if I am having technical (web site functionality) problems updating my company's information to the Show Guide?
